Great store, carries items the big stores don't on most occasions. If I need help someone is there quickly to help, unlike the big box stores. Where you wait for minutes and then they don't know if they have it in stock, etc.

This is family-owned America hardware at its best. These people are friendly, helpful, and extremely knowledgable. For the past fifteen years I have come to this store for help on many projects. They have failed me only once, when True Value did not carry what I needed, but on my part that was like trying to buy a fishing lure in a pastry shop. - Bill Hamilton

Fast check in and fast check out.. no hidden fees. Moving is stressful but having the uhaul definitely made it easier!!

Neitzel's Hardware is a down to earth hardware store that carries unique and hard to find items along with items for everyday projects. The staff is always knowledgeable and happy to help. Not only can you find paint and hardware, but they can refill your propane or rent you a U-Haul. I highly recommend this locally owned hardware store.

Incredible resource for all kinds of hardware. I highly recommend you just walk through the store one day because although it isn't huge it has a ton of the most useful stuff, and the prices are absolutely fair. I'll definitely be going back often.

A convenient family owned and operated hardware store where you can get friendly assistance when you need it, find what you need easily, and get in and out quickly! I like the personal service and not having to walk through isles and isles of large box store to find simple items. Its comforting to see the same family there to assist when you need it. I often can park right in front of entry doors, pop right in and get hard to find batteries, light bulbs, household plumbing, and other household maintenance items. If I'm unsure of what item might be best for the job I'm trying to do, I can ask, and they give solid advise. I get our propane tank refilled here for home gas grill, they offer to assist me to load filled tank in my vehicle. Ive even rented a uhaul here to move college age kid. This is a friendly, easy place, to get every day hardware needs. Recently, a light came on in my car saying my key fob needed a new battery. I swung in on my way home. Easily parked directly in front of entry doors and stepped inside of store. Owner was there, told him what I needed. He had flat head screwdriver, helped me open key for, and handed me correct battery. I was able to by and replace battery, right there. AND I was able to do it all more quickly and efficiently than if I had tried to go to larger impersonal box store, where your on your own to find it. Try Neitzel Hardware, they make it easy!
